I have never seen or heard of another of these machines. It is definitely factory original and must have been used in a very high traffic area. It is almost exactly the same height as two Master machines stacked one on top of the other, yet there are no seams in the case where the top would normally be. There are separate panes of glass that stack on top of each other. Other than those differences, it is a slide top Fan Tail Master with nickel plating on the case and green porcelain on the bottom. Note the earlier filigree on the coin door.
